Every morning from 8 a.m., we invite you to alternate between yoga one day and Pilates the next. The perfect way to start your day before joining Sunday cross-training sessions with Julie Vacca.
After effort comes comfort: unwind your muscles with our signature body treatments. Our May ritual offers 2.5 hours of pure bliss, combining exfoliation, massage, and facial care.
And of course, there’s the essential Southern pastime: pétanque! Expect plenty of laughter… unless you prefer indulging in the equally serious art of the nap. Beware—this “sport” has its true champions here!
